A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Submit Applications, and to Execute Contracts and Act as Chief Executive Officer for the Ohio Public Works Commission, Round 37 OPWC Funded Project; Namely the 2023 Resurfacing Project, and to Designate the Finance Director as Chief Fiscal Officer for all Grant Documents for the Project and to Designate MS Consultants, Inc. as the Project Manager, and Declaring an Emergency.
